Is Keratoconus genetic in origin?

There is increasing evidence that genetics plays a large part in keratoconus but it is by no means the whole story. Genetic research so far has thrown up many different gene locations and associations with differing medical conditions. The links below are some of the myriad ones out there on the internet. if anyone has any other informaiton that visitors here would find useful - please contact us on admin@cxlclub.org
